The brand was born in 1907. From 1921 Cesare Rizzato, craftsman builder of looms in Padua, began to produce under the Ceriz brand, which would be joined by the Atala brand and, later, the prestigious Maino and Dei, and others including Lygie. Atala won the first Giro d'Italia with Ganna. They raced with Atala Pavesi and Galetti.

It is fitted with a Simplex Campion du Monde gearbox. Balilla brakes and brake levers. Atala branded crankset and hubs. Steel handlebar and stem. Gnutti locks. Gran Sport saddle. A conservative restoration has been carried out on the bike, it is in perfect condition and can be pedaled immediately.
